Can I transfer an existing domain to my JVMHost account?

You can transfer unlimited addon or parked domains over to your JVMHost account. Please ensure that the domain's nameservers are pointed to JVMHost:

- ns1.nodecluster.net
- ns2.nodecluster.net

The changing of nameservers may take up to 48 hours.

You then need to add the domain as either a parked or addon domain in your cPanel account. If you would like JVMHost to manage any of your additional domain please email us at support at jvmhost.com.

Note that transfer of domain between registrars (here you need EPP code and it extends your domain validity by 1 year)
is different from just changing hosting provider (by updating nameservers).

To only change your domain hosting provider to us login to your registrar panel (e.g. godaddy) and change namesevers to
ns1.nodecluster.net
ns2.nodecluster.net

If you additionaly want to transfer your domain to our registar (eNom) then
1) login to registrar panel (e.g. godaddy) and UNLOCK your domain
2) get EPP code and use it in step 3
3) order 'domain transfer' via our website
After it is transferred it will become manageable in your Client Area with us.

Note, you can perform domain transfer any time later - after updating nameservers - without service interruption as your existing nameserver info will be transferred along with the domain.
